If a dispute arises between a student/parent and a teacher/tutor or any other type of dispute concerning such parties, you agree that My Teachers & Tutors shall provide an arbitrator who will determine the process for resolution and will have the authority to resolve the matter. Any appeal of the decision can only be brought in a state court of the nonappealing party.
We won't be responsible for any other losses caused by your use of this site or a failure of the site to perform.
